Managing Partner
Siret has most recently been at UBS heading the bank's Investment Banking franchise in Turkey responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets and Debt Capital Markets businesses. He was also responsible for Global Family Office coverage for Turkey, managing top family/institutional relationships of the bank in Turkey.
Prior to UBS, Siret was head of Turkey at STJ Advisors, a leading advisory boutique based in London servicing financial sponsors and corporates on all capital markets transactions. Siret was involved in some of the largest private equity backed IPOs in Europe and Turkey as part of the advisory team across various industries.
Siret has started his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in its Debt Capital Raising team in New York. During his time at BAML, Siret was involved in 40+ strategic capital raising and financing transactions related to restructurings, acquisitions and leveraged buyouts ranging from $200mm to $5.0bn in size across various sectors.
Siret holds degrees from Oxford University (MBA) and Columbia University (MA).

With a background in international commercialisation, corporate strategy and sales & marketing, Steve is a co-founder of Oxtech Ventures, CEO of Oxentia Ltd, and a director of the Oxentia Foundation.
Steve joined Isis Enterprise, the innovation management consulting division of Isis Innovation in 2011, and led the management buy-out of the division to form Oxentia Ltd and commenced his role as CEO. Under his leadership, Oxentia has continued to build a strong global presence with the establishment of international subsidiaries in Madrid and Tokyo.
Before joining Oxentia, Steve founded SELDI Service Ltd in 2007, an engineering and technical service business before exiting 7 years later. He has also held senior sales, marketing and management consulting roles both in the UK and Internationally. Steve has an MA in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford, a PhD in Immunology from University College London, and an MBA from Henley Business School.

Fabio is an Innovation Consultant with experience in designing and running startup support and acceleration programmes internationally. Fabio is the Head of Entrepreneurship at Oxentia, where he manages multiple international programmes building capacity and accelerating technology-based startups across sectors.
Prior to joining Oxentia in 2018, Fabio worked as a Market Development Manager for an Oxford University spin-out in the medical device field, where we was responsible for developing business in new markets and through new channels.
Fabio is fluent in English and Italian and has a working knowledge of Spanish and French. He holds an MEng in Mechatronics (King's College London), an MSc in Biomedical Engineering (Oxford) and a DPhil (PhD) in Engineering Science (Oxford). From his scientific research background, fabio has in-depth knowledge of biomedical engineering, with a focus on nerve biomechanics and building experimental models to understand the effects of trauma on nerve function. Fabio has a proven track record of scientific communication, with multiple research papers published in top international journals.

Chairman, Deniz Asset Management
Orhan Göksal began his career in 1985 as an IT analyst in Canada before returning to Turkey, where he worked successively at Tütünbank, Finansbank, and the Turkey Tourism and Investment Bank. From 1995-1997, he served as the General Manager at Intertech, a subsidiary of Interbank. Between 1997-2001, Göksal was a member of the boards of directors for information and technology companies within the Vestel Group, where he also held the position of CIO. From 2001-2004, he was a board member of Turkcell subsidiaries, and from 2004-2007, he was the CEO of the Doğan Digital Media Group. Since 2007, in addition to his other duties, he has been an investor in some companies in Silicon Valley. Orhan Göksal holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Middle East Technical University.
