Oxtech Ventures Inaugural Fund
Oxtech Ventures Sustainability Fund is an early stage venture capital fund supporting companies and entrepreneurs from emerging markets who put sustainability at the core of their strategies, and seek to create positive change and transformation for the world economy. The fund will benefit from exclusive access to a de-risked investment pipeline through accelerator program provided jointly by Oxentia in the UK and Neohub in Turkey.

• Turkish VCIF provides a flexible regulatory model, sets forth provisions on custodianship, transparency and reporting requirements, in line with the international market standards.
• Established and managed by a Capital Markets Board (CMB) licensed asset manager
• Sold to qualified investors “Qualified Investors” only
• Leverage restrictions – maximum 50% of investment value undertaken by the VCIF is allowed.
• Maturity burden, the Fund must be closed end
• Professional management in charge of the fund administration
• All decisions to be taken by an Investment Committee
• Declaration of Fund Unit Value to Investors at least annually
